Thank you for giving me an IVBM poster award. I am honored and excited to receive this meaningful award. My acceptance and receipt of this award and honor would not be complete without letting my advisor and my lab members walk with me along the research pathway. I will further challenge myself to understand the profound nature networks, especially in angiogenesis. Thank you so much to everyone, especially to 2020 IVBM organizers and God bless you.

In this study, I showed that Sac-1004, an endothelial dysfunctional blocker, changed the TME, and improved antibody delivery to overcome the limitations of immunotherapy. Sac-1004 treatment directly normalized the abnormal vasculature and reduced hypoxia even in the tumor center region. The combination of Sac-1004 and anti-PD-1 enhanced infiltration of immune cells, including NK and T cells. In summary, Sac-1004 directly improves drug delivery in tumor and this can be applied to the various therapeutic approaches of vascular abnormalities. Finally, I would like to thank my professors and lab members to help me submit this E-Poster.

I would like to thank reviewers for awarding my recent work in developing microphysiological system of human tumor lymphatic vasculature. Also, I truly appreciate IVBM organizers for providing a great opportunity to experience new knowledge and insights from a number of brilliant investigators pioneering the field of vascular biology. The lectures were very instructive and were sure to motivate trainees like me. As a PhD candidate who just started seeking a next career in translational research, I hope my former research experience on bioengineering could benefit this community by providing novel insights on developing better treatments for patients.
